The Infusionsoft lineage in one plan: CRM, automation, text, invoicing — from $299 a month. The real numbers sit around the edges, and here they all are.
The small-business CRM-plus-automation suite that abolished feature tiers — one plan, one serious price.
Keap — the company that was Infusionsoft, one of the original small-business automation platforms — now sells its entire product as a single plan: "say goodbye to feature-based plans" is the pitch on its own pricing page. Everything ships together — CRM, marketing automation, sales pipeline, email, landing pages, appointments, invoicing, text messaging — starting at $299/mo with two users included. The real costs sit around the edges: $39/mo per extra user, required implementation packages priced on request, and a $299 early-termination fee on the annual contract.
The subscription is the visible part: from $299/mo, or $2,988 for the year billed annually, covering two users. Add $39/mo for each additional user, an implementation package whose price Keap only reveals in a sales conversation, and any text-marketing tier beyond the included 500 messages ($24–$279/mo for 1,000–25,000 messages). A three-person team should budget roughly $3,400–$4,000 for year one before implementation — and implementation is not optional.
It's free and needs no card, but it caps at 25 total emails and disables payment processing. That's enough to tour the CRM and build a workflow, not enough to evaluate deliverability, sending at volume, or the invoicing flow. Treat it as a product tour; the real evaluation happens after you've paid, which is exactly what the $299 early-termination fee is there for.
The "no feature tiers" pitch is genuine — nothing is gated. But price still scales on two axes: contacts (via a slider whose tier table isn't published) and users (at $39/mo each past the first two). The number you see advertised is the floor for a small list and two people, not a flat rate.
Tier 1 text marketing — 500 messages and 100 voice minutes — ships in the base plan, which none of the email-first platforms here attempt. Past that, six add-on tiers run $24/mo (1,000 messages) to $279/mo (25,000). If SMS follow-up is central to your sales process, this is Keap's quiet differentiator; price the tier you'd actually need.

Contacts, deal stages and pipeline management are the spine of the product — this is a CRM that grew marketing tools, not an email tool that grew a CRM. Leads captured by forms and landing pages land in the same records your follow-up automations and invoices run on, which is the entire argument for paying suite prices instead of email-platform prices.
Workflows span the whole platform: email broadcasts and 1:1 messages, text messages, voice, appointment triggers and pipeline stages, not just email opens and clicks. Keap markets this as replacing the manual follow-up a small service business runs on. No workflow counts or step limits are published — with everything in one plan, gating would defeat the pitch.
Tier 1 is included: 500 text messages and 100 voice minutes a month in the base price. Six paid tiers scale to 25,000 messages at $279/mo. Among the ten platforms we track, only ActiveCampaign and GetResponse otherwise put SMS inside automations — and neither includes an allowance in the base plan.
Native invoicing and payment processing close the loop from lead to cash inside one tool — genuinely rare in this category, where "monetization" usually means selling digital products. For quote-and-invoice service businesses, this is the feature that justifies the category jump. Note it's disabled in the trial, so you can't test it before paying.
Lead capture (landing pages, forms), appointment scheduling and a mobile app all ship in the plan. None of it is best-in-class against dedicated tools, but the point is adjacency: the booking that lands on the calendar also fires the workflow, updates the pipeline and can trigger the invoice.
Reporting and analytics are included, tied to the CRM records — so revenue attribution is native rather than inferred from clicks. Keap publishes little detail about report depth on the pricing page; evaluate against your needs in the trial's product tour.
